Request Account Deletion

At TokLive, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

You can delete your TokLive account in two ways:

Request Deletion

If the button does not work, please send an email directly to support@mail.toklive.io with the subject “Delete my TokLive account”.

Once we receive your request, our support team will process it within 7 business days and confirm once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

Delete Specific Data

TokLive also allows you to delete certain data without closing your account. For example, you can:
